Tweetsmash is a bookmark manager for X (Twitter). The posts you save on X land in a searchable library where you can label them, group them into folders, search inside the tweet text, and export the whole thing to PDF, CSV or JSON. Scheduled email digests resurface the saves worth revisiting, and bookmarks can auto-sync to Notion, Google Sheets and Zotero.
X bookmarks are easy to add and almost impossible to find again. There is no search, no folders, no export, and no way to hand the list to anything else. Tweetsmash started in 2022 to fix the retrieval half of that problem: everything here is built around getting a saved post back out, not around saving more of them.
The same library is reachable by software. The X Bookmarks API returns saved posts as JSON with unrolled threads and labels, and the X Bookmarks MCP server connects Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor and Raycast to the same data over the Model Context Protocol. Machine-readable descriptions live at llms.txt, openapi.json and AGENTS.md.
