How does Tweetsmash import my bookmarks?
Two ways, and both are free. Our Chrome extension imports your entire bookmark history โ every folder, every save, no limits โ reading it locally from your own browser session. And connecting your X account syncs recent bookmarks through X's Official API, the same trusted infrastructure X provides to verified developers. Best of both worlds.
What do I get for free?
Import your bookmarks free โ your full history via the Chrome extension, or your recent bookmarks by connecting your X account (handy on mobile). You'll see AI-generated categories, topic detection, and a mini digest preview โ so you experience the product before paying. Plans unlock AI chat, digests, exports, and the API.
Why can I only see my recent 800 bookmarks?
X's Official API limits bookmark access to your most recent 800. This is an X-imposed restriction, not ours. Ongoing sync then keeps your library growing as you bookmark new tweets โ so you never miss anything going forward.
I have thousands of bookmarks โ can I import them all?
Yes! Use our Chrome extension for a one-time full import of your entire history โ we've handled libraries of 150k+ bookmarks. Once imported, the API handles ongoing sync safely from that point forward. Best of both worlds.
Will my bookmarks survive if X goes down?
Yes. Once imported, your bookmarks are stored in TweetSmash. For extra safety, export to Notion with the Yearly Pass โ Notion supports CSV/PDF export for your own backups.
How do I connect AI agents to my bookmarks?
